The Home Technology Integration Specialist program consists of three courses: A+ Core Hardware, A+ Operating Systems, and Home Technology Integration.   Each course includes lecture, hands-on laboratory experience, and computer based drilling.

HT301 A+ Certification Training Core Hardware

The core hardware course consists of 120 hours of intense training including an introduction to electronics, as well as PC and network hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.   You will get hands-on experience with different types of motherboards, CPUs, IDE and SCSI hard disk drives, external storage devices, USB and Firewire hubs and devices, and much more.   Hands-on experience is one of many ways in which our training is superior to others.

HT302 A+ Certification Training Operating Systems

The Operating Systems course consists of 120 hours of network-oriented instruction covering the most popular PC operating systems including: DOS, LINUX, Windows 9x, Windows, NT, Window 2000, Windows XP.

HT303 Home Technology Integration Certification

The HTI course includes training on structured wiring, residential systems, and system integration concluding in a final design project.   You will get hands-on practice with all aspects of low-voltage wiring and with integrating computers and networks with real smart home systems and appliances.
